"The check-in process was very simple, if you do it in advance, upon arrival at the hotel you just have to enter the PIN code at the entrance and in the machine in the lobby, scan our QR code, put a card on the reader and generate the access card. The facilities are modern and well maintained. The hotel is located 3 minutes from the train and metro station, from which you can get to the center in less than 10 minutes. My room was simple, but spacious, as was the bathroom. Everything was great."

"Everything was outstanding, the lady in the reception office was very kind and fast, I got an upgrade to panoramic apt., which was perfect with a big terrace with an amazing view of the whole city. I highly recommend."

"Great hotel to stay in and the front desk staff’s are extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel location is excellent. You be able to get more than 3 groceries stores, delicious bakeries with great selection plus eateries around the area. The Novum Hotel Bruy is accessible to varies subway stations. You may want to prepare for more coins in order to purchase the train ticket, cos some ticket machine is unavailable to accept note. Continued my stay from 19 to 21 May 2025. "The location is acceptable; it's in an industrial area but conveniently close to the airport and exhibition center. The view, however, was unremarkable. The hotel's cleanliness, service, and facilities were all impeccable. A special shout-out goes to the front desk staff.
